BIG SPRING - Services for Daniel Gonzales, 55 of Big Spring were Mar. 24, at Calvary Baptist Church in Post with Jimmy Valdez and Walter Perez officiating. Burial in Terrace Cemetery was under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.
He died on Mar. 19, 2021 in Ft. Worth. He was born in Lorenzo, on Nov. 4, 1965, to Reyes and Sara (Solis) Gonzales. He grew up in Post and graduated from Post High School. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry.
Survivors include his wife Irene Talamantez of Big Spring; six sons Eric Gonzales of Post, Michael Gonzales of Post, Daniel Gonzales Jr. of Post, Adam Valencia Jr. of Stanton, Rudy Carpenter Jr. of Big Spring and Fabian Carpenter of Big Spring; two sisters Diana Looney of Post and Ruth Vera of Post; two brothers Roy Gonzales of Post and Jr. Ray Gonzales of Little Elm; 20 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
