STANTON - Maria A. Sanchez died Dec. 29, 2021. She was born Jan. 13, 1948, to Francisco and Maria Sanchez of Stanton.
She was a devoted Mother, Sister, Grandma, Great Grandma, and friend. She was a caregiver for many years, who cared and loved her patients.
Some of her hobbies included dancing and shopping. She will be missed tremendously.
She is survived by her daughter Theresa Ramos; sons Steve Ramos, Raymond Ramos Jr. and wife Kristeen Ramos, and Joel Ramos and wife Tasha Ramos; brothers Nick Sanchez, Basilio Sanchez, and Ysidro Sanchez; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A rosary was recited Jan. 4, at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass was Jan. 5, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment followed at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Steve Ramos, Joel Ramos,
