STANTON - Hercilia B. Rios, 87 of Stanton, died on March 5, 2023. She was born on Nov. 2, 1935, to Agapito and Otilia Barron in Runge.
She enjoyed playing bingo and listening to music. You could always find her outdoors, especially in her garden planting flowers.
She is survived by her two daughters Gloria Rosales and husband Julio of Stanton, Geneva Gonzales and husband Raymond of Ennis; two sons Santana Rios Jr. and wife Maria of Fort Worth, Frank Rios of Stanton; twenty grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and one greatgreat grandchild.
A viewing will be held on Mar. 9, at 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. on Mar. 10. Burial will follow at St Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
