STANTON - Sammy Joe Villa, 33 of Stanton, died on Mar. 30, 2023. He was born on Feb. 21, 1990, to Sammy Villa Sr. and Lisa Lucio Villa in Big Spring.
He loved riding his Harley. He also loved his children with all his heart, he enjoyed doing things with them. He loved being around his friends and family and his job (pole dancing) lineman work for 18 years.
He is proceeded in death by his brother James Manuel Villa, grandparents Manuel Villa, Mary Villa, Luz Lucio Sr. and Cipriana Lucio.
Leaving behind to cherish his memory is his wife Alyssa Marie Villa; three children Presley Kaydence Villa, Braxton Jay Villa, Bryson Sammy Villa all of Odessa; parents Sammy Villa Sr. and Lisa Lucio Villa; brother Sammy Villa Jr.; sisters Mary Villa Rodriguez, Stephanie Marie Villa, Stacy Villa Mena and Samantha Josephine Vasquez all of Stanton, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation and rosary were Apr. 4, and Funeral Mass was Apr. 5, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Servicing as pallbearers were Braxton Jay Villa, X-ayden Fierro, Chris Rangel, Emilio Villa, Israel Holguin, Steven Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, and Ardian Rodriguez.
