MATHIS - Mrs. Isabel Ybarra Fonseca, of Mathis, died Sept. 30, 2023. She was born on June 2, 1938 in Kenedy, to Guadalupe and Pilar Reyna Ybarra. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Alberto Fonseca, sons Antonio Morin and Raul Gutierrez III, Brothers Matilde, Simon, Luis Ybarra.
Survivors include her children, Valentin (Patricia) Morin Sr. of Rotan, Adan (Luisa) Morin Sr. of Stanton, Elvis Morin of Mansfield, Israel Morin of Rockport, Olga (Joe) Garcia of Mathis, Norma (Eladio) Vela of Mathis; sister Dominga DeLuna of Plainview; 21 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Valentin Morin Jr., Adan Morin Jr., Brandon Morin, Ryan Morin, David Garcia, Michael Garcia, Michael Vela.
Holy Rosary was recited Oct. 3, at Dobie Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was Oct. 4 at Sacred Heart Church followed by interment at Descanso Eterno I.
