Ada Joyce Copeland Bergstrom, 86 of Stanton passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm Monday, March 18, 2024 at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Midland, Tx Joyce was born on March 31, 1937 in Contra Costa County CA to Hubbard Copeland and Mildred (Mit) Davis Copeland.

STANTON - Thomas Risher Newman, 82 of Stanton, Feb. 29, 2024. Services were Mar. 6, at First Baptist Church Big Spring. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. He was born on Dec. 16, 1941, in Big Spring to Thomas and Kawana Newman.

Vincent Saenz Villa

LUBBOCK - Vincent Saenz Villa, 32, died Feb. 29, 2024, in Lubbock. A visitation was March 5, from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass was Mar. 6, 2024 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

David L. Stevenson

STANTON - David L. Stevenson, age 59, of Stanton, died Feb. 24, 2024. He was born Nov. 26, 1964, to the late Wallace Oliver Stevenson and Marilyn Griffin Stevenson in Midland. He was an Army Veteran and a mechanic by trade. He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and working on diesel trucks.

CHILDRESS - Gerry Dell Fuquay Anderson, 86, died peacefully on Feb. 21, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born the youngest of three on Nov. 11, 1937, to William Edward and Myrtle White Fuquay in Stanton. After high school she went to Howard County Jr.
