MIDLAND - Eddie Dale Crow, 73 of Big Spring, died Nov. 24, at Midland Memorial Hospital. He was born April 15, 1950 in Nocona, the son of the late Eddie Lee Crow and Gladys Goolsby Crow. He had worked in the oilfield for many years and later was employed at Walmart. He married Deena Lucas on Feb.

Margaret Theresa Franks

STANTON - Margaret Theresa Franks, 94 of Stanton, died Dec. 6, 2023. Services were Dec. 9, at Evergreen Cemetery in Stanton. Visitation was Dec. 8, at Gilbreath Funeral Home in Stanton. She was born Aug. 21, 1929, in Stanton, on the family farm to Walter Curtis Flanagan and Annie (Peters) Flanagan.

Peggy Pal Yates Latty

FLOMATON - Mrs. Peggy Pal Yates Latty, better known as ' Nannie', to her family and friends, died Dec. 08, 2023 at 89. Mrs. Latty was a native of Stanton, and a longtime resident of the Flomaton area. She was a homemaker, and actively involved in the local area rescue.

Dorothy Pinkston

MIDLAND - Dorothy Allene Pinkston died on Dec. 6, 2023, in Midland, with family by her side, at the age of 89 years old. She was born in Nugent, Jones County, to Ila R. and Barney G. Mims on June 1, 1934. After relocating to Lenora, she graduated from Stanton High School in 1952.

Charles Eugene Butler

Charles Eugene Butler was born Dec. 5, 1933 to Charles Alvin Reuel Butler and Bessie Mae McQueary at the Calhoun Place on Clahoun Lane north of Gordon. Shortly thereafter, they moved to the old Butler Place on Butler Lane. When he was five years old they moved to the farm three miles east of Gordon.

William Springall Decker, Jr.

HOUSTON - William 'Bill' Springall Decker Jr. died Nov 29, in Houston. He was born on Sept. 25, 1947, to W.S. 'Bill' Decker Sr. and Florence 'Flo' Wright Decker in San Marcos.

Nora Gaylene Stansbery

MIDLAND - Nora Gaylene Stansbery of Midland, died Nov. 23, 2023. She was born October 1963, in Stanton, to John and Judy (Polson) Wilkes. She grew up in Midland where she attended Burnet Elem. and Alamo Jr High. At age 12, she moved to Crownpoint, New Mexico, where she attended Crownpoint Jr.

Beverly Dawn Parker

STANTON - Beverly Dawn Parker, 50, of Burleson died Nov. 14, 2023. She was born on July 4, 1973, in Big Spring. She graduated from Stanton High School in 1991. She was a member of the Flag Team an played the flute in the Buffalo Band. After graduation, she attended Midland College.

Joan Robison Saul

AUSTIN - Joan Robison Saul died Nov. 17, 2023, at her home with her daughter, Kimi, holding her hand. She was born in Lamesa, on Nov. 15, 1941, and grew up in Klondike. She excelled athletically, playing basketball at Hardin-Simmons University and loved racing fast cars in her youth.
