STANTON - Midland Classical scored three runs in the final two innings to beat Stanton 5-2. The Buffs took the early lead with two runs in the first inning, but Midland tied the game in the fourth inning and tagged on three runs to secure the victory.

Reagan County bats come to life late snatching victory from Buffaloes

STANTON - Regan County posted seven runs to the scoreboard in its final two at bats to come from behind and beat Stanton 8-6. The Buffaloes took control of the game in the middle inning with back-to-back three run outings and a 6-1 lead.

CORPUS CHRISTI - Stanton High School junior Marisela Lozano finished seventh in the Texas Women’s Power lifting Association State Contest in Corpus Christi on Mar. 16. Lozano competed in the 259 lb division and put together a three lift total of 925 lbs.
