Three Lady Bearkats named All-Region

Lady Cats, Wildcats play final tune-up before district

- Grady golfers were in San Angelo on Monday for the Garden City Golf Tournament at Bentwood Country Club.“This was a great tournament for the girls and boys. It was our last tournament before district,” said coach Chris Short.The Lady Cats placed 3rd in the team standings.

Stanton powerlifters wrap up seasons at state, regionals

– Powerlifting season came to an end for Stanton High School with the girls finishing up at the state meet and the boys wrapping up at Regionals.The Texas High School Women’s Powerlifing Association Class 3A DII State Championships took place last weekend at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg.
