STANTON - Jose Rojas Bedolla, age 88 of Stanton, passed away Mar. 7, 2026. He was born July 28, 1937, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas., Mexico to the late Sarah Bedolla and Octaviano Rojas.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Maria Carmen Rojas; daughters Luz Maria Rojas Rivera (Javier), Carolina Rojas Rodriguez (Gulmaro), Marisol Rojas Araiza (Luis); sons Jose Rojas Jr. (Vanity), Mario Rojas; thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
A visitation will be Mar. 12, at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home, Stanton, from 10 am to 8 pm with a rosary being recited at 7 pm. A Funeral Mass will be Mar. 13, at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Stanton, at 10 am. Interment will immediately follow at St. Josephs Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jose Rojas, Mario Rojas, Elias Rojas, Gulmaro Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Francisco Rivera, Josue Rivera, and Daniel Araiza.
