STANTON - Joe C. Orosco, age 67 went to his Heavenly Home on Sept. 10, 2025. He was born in Hobbs, New Mexico to the late Maria Castillo and Manuel Montes Orosco on Jan. 23, 1958.
Joe served in the United States Army as a Sergeant, before later re-enlisting into the Army National Guard to continue serving his country.
Joe was a man of God. He loved fishing, camping, and many other outdoor adventures but most of all he loved his family and his dogs. Joe cherished every moment with family and friends. He touched many hearts and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughters Mariselda Fowler (Stephen), Katrina Cantu (Chris), Michelle Orosco; sons Nathaniel Orosco, Joe Orosco (Angie); sisters Eva Flores, Priscella Orosco Salazar; brother Jesse Orosco; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, the mother of his children Stella Bustillos as well as many other extended family and friends.
A visitation Sept. 17, at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Military Honors.
