STANTON - Beverly Dawn Parker, 50, of Burleson died Nov. 14, 2023. She was born on July 4, 1973, in Big Spring. She graduated from Stanton High School in 1991. She was a member of the Flag Team an played the flute in the Buffalo Band. After graduation, she attended Midland College.

AUSTIN - Joan Robison Saul died Nov. 17, 2023, at her home with her daughter, Kimi, holding her hand. She was born in Lamesa, on Nov. 15, 1941, and grew up in Klondike. She excelled athletically, playing basketball at Hardin-Simmons University and loved racing fast cars in her youth.

KLONDIKE - Elnora Wade Phillips, 84, was born on Dec. 28, 1938 in Dawson County. She recently died on Nov. 28, 2023. A memorial service will be at Lamesa Church of Christ on Dec. 2, at 2:00 p.m. She attended Klondike and Lamesa schools.

MIDLAND - Joe Marmolejo Cordova Sr., 72 of Midland, died peacefully in his home, with his loving family by his side on Nov. 21, 2023. He was born in Stanton on Sept. 30, 1951, to the late Pedro Carter Cordova Sr. and Lydia Evangelee Cordova.
